besides the usual “i’m late” what we’re other signs that made you think you’re pregnant?

i’ve had unprotected sex three times the past month and a half and i’m three days late. usually i get the pre cramps a week before but this time i got nothing. i had a pain for about a day on the right side of my abdomen but it’s nothing like any cramps i’ve gotten before. and since we are in quarantine/ lockdown i’m scared to leave so i’m determining just waiting it out and see if i get my period or just leaving to go buy a test.
