Exercise and early pregnancy
Hi ladies
Just looking for some advice....
I went for a moderate walk this evening and while walking my back started to ache so I turned around and came home. Now a few hours later, my back ache is still hanging around and I've had some mild cramping on and off.
I do suffer from mild back pain prior to pregnancy so I'm unsure if it's pregnancy related or something bad...
Do you think the exercise caused it or its just a pregnancy symptom that happened to coincide with my walk tonight?
I should point out, that I'm relatively unfit but not overweight. I just haven't had a regular exercise routine for a long time. Aside from chasing my toddler my around all day, that's pretty much all I've done in a long time.
I had a long labour last time and wished that I was stronger to help me get through it so I wanted to implement a healthy moderate exercise routine this pregnancy from the beginning.
Do you think I could have done some harm or it's just pregnancy symptoms kicking in? I'm only 5w3d through IVF.
Thanks!
