Test? Or give it few days

When should I test ? Was expected to have my period around the 14th but now it’s the 16th and still no period. Earlier this week I had cramping and lower backaches which I thought period was coming already but nothing and cramps come and go but now I’ve been having sore breast and nipples which I never get sore nipples before getting period and I’ve been extremely tired and napping which I never do when I’m off from work, should I give it a week I tule I test?
