Bottle feeding??

Question

FTM and was wondering if you boil the bottle before feeding to baby? Or just put warm water in a bowl and put bottle in the bowl until it's warm? Help!!

It's wise to boil the bottles before the first use. But it isn't necessary to warm the bottle with milk in it. My daughter (now 3) would not take a warm bottle for anything. It just depends on how you start them.

You want to boil the bottles before using them period to sterilize them and in between uses you want to sterilize also and when you're actually feeding the baby you just want to warm the bottle.

You can warm the bottle by placing it in a bowl of warm water before a feeding. Babies can take bottles at room temperature too, does not need to be warm.
