I have been thinking about getting a period cup because (of course) AF came again day before yesterday and I remember what hell it is. Having PCOS, I sometimes pass blood clots and I have very painful cramps (that get worse with tampons even when inserted correctly). Is there a cup anyone can recommend that could withstand multiple blood clots in a day? And one that helps minimize cramping? It has to be comfortable because I have a somewhat smaller vaginal canal and have to use very small tampons if I want to go that route, otherwise it hurts too badly. I'm worried that a cup would be uncomfortable. Advice?
