I am 4 weeks 3 days pregnant. Last week I tested and 3 tests all had faintly positive lines. And I’ve felt pregnant. Extreme fatigue, nausea, more discharge, light cramping. Definitely different. Due to covid-19 it’s hard to get a dr appointment for a while so just to be sure I wanted to retest today and they both came back negative?! Did I take the tests wrong? We’re the first tests just false positives? I’ve already told my partner and it would be devastating to find out that I’m not.
