Hit my vagina, how do you know what leaking amniotic fluid is

So I can be not the most graceful and was going to sit on the couch and was too far in front of it and didn’t fully fall but that’s because my vagina hit the metal or hard frame part. So now I can’t remember if I was this wet down there before and am freaking myself out that I am having a slow leak of amniotic or something. Has anyone had a slow leak how much liquid is there?

I’m probably just overthinking per usual but dr appointments have been postponed in my area due to covid. Also I’m 15 weeks.
