i’m 19 last year i went on a summer holiday and i met a guy and we had a holiday fling we went out etc but we only had sex once unfortunately the condominium came off and we didn’t stop

anyway i’m back in my county and i’m just paranoid because i’m having really bad cramps not due in my period

how do i ask him do it’s not weird if he’s been tested or possibly has an std 💔 my family is really strict and i can’t ask them nor can i get to any doctor in this lockdown

because of covid 19 💔 i feel like i just want to end my life
