I just wiped 6 weeks 6 days and there is blood am I loosing this pregnancy????

There are no clots yet but I don’t know about this. I feel like I’m loosing this pregnancy. 
Who has bled and went on to have a normal healthy pregnancy

I bled a whole lot my last pregnancy with some clots and she will be 1 years old this month. I'm bleeding with this one and still freaked out. Acting like this is something new to me.

How much blood???  What do they say is the cause?  I’m trying not to freak out. I go tomorrow as they are closed now. 
I did call and they are trying to assure me that it’s okay and I am on vaginal medications due to Ivf cycle.  They are saying this could irritate it. But I haven’t bleed this entire time being on medications.
