Need advice! EWCM question

This may be TMI —

I’m currently CD 30 and about 12 DPO. The past 3 days I’ve gone to the bathroom (#2) and when I wipe there is very obvious EWCM. It’s only right after I go and then goes away. I’ve had pelvic pain/cramps for the last few days and cervix feels pretty high and soft. All the cheap tests say no or are maybe vvvvfl if you play with the colors. What are your thoughts?
