Safe to not boil water for baby bottle?

They don't recommend that u boil the milk anymore. It gets too hot and can sculd the baby they don't even recommend the microwave. I googled it a couple if months ago. As well as the nurse told me not to. They now say to get a bowl or Tupperware and put hot water from the tap into it and place the bottle in the water for a couple of mins. Then swirl don't shake the milk and test on ur arm.

Worded question wrong..I'm wanting to know if it is still safe to feed baby a bottle by just warming it and not boiling it?
