What meal prepping are you doing / did you do before baby?
I had a whole plan but threw it away with the whole Covid outbreak. I have frozen home made broth, dry rice, oatmeal, and beans. I'm thinking about just buying bags of frozen chicken and frozen veggies, buying veggies and fruits that will last (like apples, carrots, and cabbage) and making some home made yogurt. I honestly cant think of anything creative, I'm too stressed. I have been grocery shopping once a week but I'm nearing my due date and would like to not have to go grocery shopping for 2 weeks once baby is here.
