What do you do when you’re basically stuck in a relationship because you live together (both on lease) and you’re just completely unhappy?

I feel like a house wife & we’re not married. I do all the cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, literally anything house related. He works most of the day. He comes home and goes straight to the living room to play his game or watch tv. It’s not easy having a conversation with him because he always sounds condescending and that bothers me. I’m not satisfied sexually, the sex is horrible and just a minute literally . We barely kiss. We definitely do not speak the same love language. The list goes on and on, i just hate it here.
