Maybe someone has some advice on if this is normal..

Happens to me every month, maybe endometriosis. Heavy flow so blood clots up. Take blood thinners on your cycle to decrease flow.

Blood clots are normal to get, but if it's pretty big in size and it's not normal for you to get, I'd make an appointment just to be sure.

That looks like the lining of your uterus came out in one piece. But it looks really big. If it’s big I’d definitely be concerned and make an appointment
