Are bottle warmers essential?

I always just use hot water and a cup. I let the bottle sit in the hot water while I change diapers and whatever else, then it’s usually ready to go. But I suppose it depends on how warm you want it?

No, but let me tell ya...definitely worth it. Especially when baby is starving and needs that bottle NOW. Warming it up in a mug of hot water, even when the milk is in a thin bag and the water is on a constant trickle so it never gets cold, takes much longer than a bottle warmer. That being said, I wouldn't spend a ton on one. The cheap, basic kind works just fine

I’ll be odd man out here and say yes. I love having one. It makes my life so much easier at 3am. 😅 I’m not into a lot of the fluffy baby extras (bottle sterilizers, formula mixers, wipe warmers, etc.), but I love my bottle warmer!

I just have my guy milk straight from the fridge. We travel a lot and I didn’t want to have to mess around with bringing a warmer to get bottles just right. He did great with them as is 🤷🏼‍♀️

No they aren't but if your baby is like my daughter you'll want one lol. I breast fed until she was 5 months and when I switched her to formula room temp water wasn't good enough for her and she refused to drink it cold. We bought the Philips Avent warmer for like $20 and it takes anywhere between 2-7 minutes to warm up. It's roughly one minute per ounce but I found glass bottles warm up faster than plastic so time varies. We loved it. In my opinion I found running under hot water or leaving the bottle in warm water took too long

I would say no however if your child is sensitive to temperature and your making tons of bottles you might want one.
