I cried when my husband texted me his chick fil a order today. Then when I passed a baseball field because my sons season is postponed. And when I got home because my husband asked why I stopped to get ice cream. This was in a matter of 20 minutes. I brought it up at my appointment today because I felt I was too much and he said as long as I’m going about my normal daily routine and not just staying in bed and sleeping I’m good. Try to get out and walk if weather is cooperating, take deep breaths and avoid caffeine were his tips
