I had a week of brown spotting before I miscarried, so I associate my spotting with my miscarriage, but for many women spotting is normal in early pregnancy. Try to relax and take care of yourself, I know the not knowing is very stressful. I hope your doctor gives you good news!

I had 2 days of very light spotting twice in my first trimester and I had a very healthy bub who is now 14 months :)

I had bright red bleeding at 4w4d. It was my body getting rid of a second unhealthy sac. Spotted for a few days.
They told me a week later the other sac was a blighted ovum.
A week later it was a baby with a scary low heart beat. Was told I’d miscarry.
2 weeks later, bigger baby with a strong heart beat.
Healthy baby girl!
