Missing period? When do I test?

Background-I am 23, have a normal period and have for years. Middle of March I started working out (new to me) 4 times a week for about 30 minutes/day. With my period I typically get crazy sore boobs 1 week before and all throughout my period. I am currently on day 2 of a late period and the only “symptoms” I’m having is occasional very light ovary pain and some tummy pains and diarrhea (not any of my typical symptoms). I did have sex twice during my ovulation week with pull out method (I know this is not 100%). Just curious when you guys think I should test if my period doesn’t come. I know exercising can change the course of your period.
