Cd 7 lower abdominal aching? Feels like ovaries. What could this be?

Does anyone else ever experience this? My last two cycles starting cycle day 7-8 I’ve felt this dull ache in my lower abdomen and feels like my ovaries. Anyone ever experience this? Know what this could be?

Few questions. How long is your period? Because cycle day 7 for me is the last day of my period. So of course I'd still be cramping a bit at that point. About mid cycle is when textbook ovulation occurs so if you're counting from the last day of your period instead of the first day like you should be, that would put you about ovulation time which could explain the feeling around your ovaries. (Say you had a 7 day period, started counting from the last day, day 7 since then would be about mid cycle. Is what I'm saying) So if you aren't, start counting from the first day of your period, not the last day.
