Should I buy my daughters summer clothes now or wait until I get paid again?

I'm starting to worry about money alot, baby no.2 will be here soon. 3 weeks to go until my next pay day and my money is almost gone. The sun was out today and I really didn't have much to put my daughter in. We went for our daily walk. I'm not sure how long lock down will be where i live, she has house clothes but no proper outside outfits.
