What was the total amount of weight you loss during your whole pregnancy and what was the total amount you lost after pregnancy? Just curious and scared and nervous about my weight. I'm 17 and this is my first pregnancy and I am 197 lbs. I lost 50 pounds over the year and then gained 30 back unfortuantly but I'm scared I might gain to much and not lose all of the weight after giving birth
