Nap schedule
Have a 4 1/2 month old baby only three naps during the day one in the morning one the afternoon and one very short one in the late afternoon
I could only get her to nap until 4 PM
she goes to bed at eight during those four hours she’s a maniac but I can’t get her to nap before then
