Some people saying one some saying two would the person scanning me miss another one could it of bin hiding ?? And bin feeling loads kicks and I'm huge at 12wks 6days

At 12 weeks it is highly unlikely for them to miss a second baby.

It's just the sac or could be the umbilical cord.

It could be possible, my step mum only found out she was having twins on her last scan. That had us puzzled but stocked for ages 😂

The spots on other side look like parts of the placenta to me, but I could be wrong. Ask your doctor to listen for a second heart beat. If there's another baby hiding in there your doctor should be able to hear it. Sometimes them babies hide behind the other.

Looks like another face thou in the back ground and it has happened before to miss a second baby x
