Yes. Others are attractive and appealing on some level. However, my husband is the only one I love with all my heart. Obviously in my eyes he's the most attractive and the only one I would be with.
But married or not I can tell when someone is attractive, but that doesn't mean I'm going to act on it or anything.
Attractive people still exist, whether you're in a relationship or not. It's impossible to expect otherwise.

you can find other people attractive but that doesn't change how you feel about the person your with. it's unrealistic to think that your SO is only going to think that your the only attractive person in the world

It’s perfectly normal. 
For me, it’s become more of a “oh hey that guy’s cute. Cool.” than the nervousness that I always felt when I was around an attractive guy🤷🏻‍♀️  
My man is the only one I feel any sexual attraction towards.

What about being in a relationship would affect my ability to look at someone and say "wow that's a decent looking human beinng." I can still window shop 😂😭

Of course; you’re hard wired that way. What matters is how you respond to it. If you linger, not good. Push them out of your mind, turn away, replace the image with your SO, etc.
