Monistat Test Postitive?

So i used the Monistat Care Vaginal Health Test and it came out positive (colored at the end) , does that mean i have a yeast infection or does it just mean my ph id imbalanced or is my ph imbalance because i have a yeast infection? Its just a little complicated for me to understand the results -

Update - the results of my ph being imbalanced and be having yeast infection symptoms confused my dr as well so she prescribed both medications for BV and yeast

My discharge is white clumpy and has no smell yet the test came out green
