I had a talk with my OBGYN. She's actually who I was referred to from my regular Dr. Anyway a little back ground, in January I had my 10week ultrasound and so started my venture. No heartbeat. Thought they had the wrong due date so two weeks later blood test followed by another, followed another week or two later another ultrasound. Finally in Valentine's day they told me it was for sure the baby was gone and I needed surgery. On that Monday I had the surgery and was like that's over let's get back to normal. Well as normal as possible. I had to start taking blood tests every week or two for my hormone levels. So yesterday they finally said I need the same surgery again! I may have gestational trophablastic disease. I'm getting a second opinion before the surgery.

My question has anyone had this diagnosis. And if so what is it like?
