Any help or tips appreciated

Hi ladies. My 9 month old has never really rolled. She crawls and stands but never rolled.. until today. She’s always napped on a consistent schedule and sleeps through the night, however, today for her afternoon nap, she was throwing a fit , started rolling over and pulling herself up in the crib. Now, instead of laying down and quietly putting herself to sleep, she’s immediately rolling over, standing and making it a play time. I know she’s exhausted. She’s rubbing her eyes and is super cranky. It took me 3 hours and a lot of work to get her to finally lay down and fall asleep. Did this happen to anyone else? If so, what did you do to help the babes fall asleep easier?
