6 days post wisdom tooth extraction, brushed my teeth and started bleeding. Did I just form a dry socket?

I don't know if I accidentally poked it or not but I'm worried because I haven't bled since the day my extraction was done. I definitely upset something! I'm worried I'll wake up in pain from a dry socket. Does dry socket hurt immediately? 
I'm no dentist so please don't think my question is dumb! My hole looks white inside now 😭

Probably not. My holes bled a little too. My pain lasted for a long time and I thought it was a dry socket so I went back to the dentist at day 5 and he told me I could drink through a straw and everything at that time. I wouldn’t swish hard, just move your head side to side and brush gently, but you should be fine.

Do not rinse or swish
Do not eat hot soups or coffee. 
Take it easy. Do not go exercising or getting heated or bending over. 
You may have already been white. As long as your guns aren’t red and there’s no pain your good. 
When you brush just be more gentle and shahs head and let water fall our. Not swishing. 
No sucking through straws and no smoking. Fir the next seven days at least.

I had all four of mine it years ago, I don't remember when I started brushing though don't think it was for a week. Use the mouth wash they gave you to help clean it out. Be very careful. Also I'm not sure if it's the same in you're area but there are on call doctors and dentist you could contact.

I would guess maybe some tooth paste got in there and irritated it. I feel like you would KNOW if you had a dry socket lol
