So i think we need to stop swaddling with arms in. He’s super wiggly at night and can roll from belly to back. My problem is the few times we have swaddled arms out his hands get ice cold even with mittens. Our room is usually between 65-68°F and if we go any warmer all three of us get way to hot.

Any suggestions on how to keep his hands warm?

ETA: I know his body is warm enough, that’s never been a concern for me. I just feel bad that his hands are like little ice cubes if I leave them out.
