I keep checking the website and I’m always getting this:

I know we are eligible... is there a portal where I can enter my bank information? I can’t seem to find it on their website. We ha e never gotten a direct deposit from the IRS so I know they don’t have my bank info but what the heck ... no info available. I checked just now (after the glitch was fixed) help!

I’ve seen a lot of people getting that. Not sure what it means. We entered our account info yesterday to get it direct deposited and ours is saying we are eligible, that they will update our payment date. Wondering how long it’s gonna take! You cannot get in touch with anyone.

I’m getting the same message. I know we qualify too. We have never had direct deposit from them either. So I’m not sure they the deal is.

I think if you have not gotten a direct deposit from them in the past than they will mail a check to you. But idk why everyone would be getting that massage instead of some sort of statuses on there payment. Like a message saying a check has been mailed to this adress or something like that.

I used this also and mine said the same thing and I still received mine I’m not sure what it means but my family still got one even saying this

The portal you’re at is where I entered my bank info. When I first logged into it to check they said they didn’t have it and made me verify myself using tax return info and updated my bank account there

You’re probably putting in information wrong . My husband got that same message and finally I got his irs transcript and one number was off of what he put in . So I would try to get your transcript for 2018 or 19 if you filed and see if that helps . He was able to put in his bank info in after he was verified
