What helped you conceive

I'm TTC and so far failing what helped you? I've heard of this special lube and maca pills so far 
Do you recommend it?

Hi! My boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for several months with no luck! I saw someone post on here about Conceive  Plus. I looked it up on Amazon and google, read tons of reviews, was very skeptical but thought what could hurt?! I bought the Conceive Pills for both of us. We took them off and on at the end of February and into mid March! My last period was 03/07/2020, I am 9 days late, and have had 4 positive pregnancy tests!!! I really recommend them! I don’t know if it was these pills or not but we are pregnant now and have been trying forever!!

We started to track ovulation. Order the strips from amazon and when we got our positive ovulation we did it and BOOM pregnant one the first try. After 4 years of trying we were so happy... went to the first appointment it ended in an ectopic pregnancy.

If you're not already, track ovulation with OPK & temping. Or at least OPKs. 
I was using OPKs and temping and figured out with my absent periods and such that I wasn't ovulating on my own. I went to my OBGYN and they were able to help me figure out what was going on. We went to that after 9 months ttc and it took us another 9.5 months to ovulate and conceive, we tried 2 meds and 2 different doses each. Another person said to just focus on something else, and in some ways that's true as it takes a typical healthy couple up to 12 months to convince naturally, but if something is off / you don't think it's working correctly (like my ovulation) then I'd reach out to a doctor to work on that problem. If I hadn't started treating my PCOS & taking ovulation meds, I likely would not have gotten pregnant.

Focus on something else. Try losing weight or achieving another goal which will direct your focus else where. I know it’s so hard to do that. My husband and I had been trying for 10 long months. We saw a fertility specialist who told me I was “overweight”. So I focused on “losing weight” found out I was pregnant two weeks after seeing the specialist. I think what helped was seeking medical help early to lower my concerns but directing my focus onto another goal. I know how hard it is! Wish you all the best!
