I have the implant and it was suppose to be removed next Friday & replaced and my doctor office cancelled the appointment. What are the negative effects of leaving it in? The past two months have been absolutely terrible with my periods and nausea. It’s been 3 years on the 8th but the only appointment I was able to make was next week.

*they prescribed me the pill but will it counteract with my implant? Effects of an expired implant?
