Help me mamas!

Last night my 11 month old rolled over and right out of the bed. On the 2 1/2 foot fall to the floor he hit his mouth on a very very very hard table. He’s got a busted/swollen lip.

My heart is completely broken. I feel so inadequate, like it’s totally my fault. I cried right along with him, I’ve never done that, but this got me, I’m a super light sleeper so anytime he twitches or grunts it wakes me up, but not last night, of all nights, not last night. He nursed just fine through the night afterwards, which brought my emotions closer to normal, but I’m gonna have to look at my poor boy and see what I did to him all day every day for a few days and I’m not ready.
