Do your S/O's parents like you?

So my boyfriend's parents absolutely hate me. They think that i am holding him back and they never let him see me. We are 16/17 so its not easy to see eachother without our parents permission. 
My mum loves him and loves us spending time together. But his parents for some reason just hate me. 
All i ever do is try my hardest to make him happy and let him do whatever he wants in life but they dont see that, 
Please comment stories and give me tips on what to do, its getting in between our relationship and i dont want to lose him :(

My boyfriends mum use to love me! Until she became threatened that she wasn't the only woman in his life anymore.. She has her moments where she likes me and where she doesn't. I try and buy flowers and things that she enjoys... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. :(

His parent don't really care, they seem to like me but never bother to say hi, it's kinda nice in one sense because the reason is basically we are all awkward introverts, not so good in the case that maybe they don't like me😂😂😂

My partners mum claims she loves me but every time I'm around her I definitely do not get that vibe. She's very protective of her son which I completely understand but she doesn't like accepting that he's growing up. I find it easier just to keep my distance from her, I only go round once or twice a month and when I do I make an effort to talk to her and basically kiss her butt, it's easier for both of us that way and my partner and I are still going strong after 3 years for that reason😊💕
