I think I have a STI or UTI

Hey guys can someone help shed some light? I've only had sex once an it was less than a a week ago (5 days) and now I'm sort of having a pain/ burning sensation when urinating, it only starts today but it isn't excruciating pain it's just really muted feeling.

Does anyone have any advice ?

If it continues I will go to the doctor
