I am almost 3 months Postpartum and I’m taking Norethindrone 0.35 mg. Yesterday and today I started spotting. Very light I don’t need a panty liner or anything. It’s only when I wipe. I had my first period since giving birth on April 4-8th. Is that a. Kemal side effect of that pill! Should I be concerned?
