So I have a phobia of getting pregnant but my friends keep putting things in my head saying you can bleed while on your pregnant and it just stuck to me

So I took a pregnancy test like 30 mins ago and it came up negative but people are telling me it’s invalid because I accidentally peed on the test window, now I just don’t know I only bought 1 pt so I can’t retest rn. But rn I’m on my “period” or implantation idk please tell me
