Newborn gas

Hi all, my baby is 9 days old and has had major gas issues - especially at night. I have tried changing his formula to Similac Total Comfort which has partially broken down proteins incase he is lactose sensitive but nothing seems to help.... He also hasn't had a stool now since changing formula two day ago.

Any suggestions? I'm feeling quite low with our country being in lockdown and not having family or friends around to support. Phone calls just aren't the same as the extra hands 😒
