Raspberry leaf tea and pineapple can induce labor?? Im dilated to a 3 already and have been losing my mucus plug for 3 days now big clumps all day long and my baby girl is so low I’m miserable I can barely walk and having terrible back pain and pressure. We’ve tried sex and I’m trying this now😂

The tea doesn’t induce labor. It ‘prepares’ the uterus. And you’d have to eat a bunch of pineapple WITH the core for anything to happen...

Yes and no. You need to eat 12 entire pineapples including the core for it to do anything. Raspberry leaf tea is more to strengthen your uterus than to put you in labor
