When should I prepare My car seat & Hospital Bag

I’m a first time mom & wanted to know when is a good time to install my car seat in the car & do my hospital bag ? I’m 30 weeks

Honestly with all the restrictions I’d pack your bag as soon as u can. It doesn’t hurt to have it there and ready Incase you go into labor earlier than expected. Especially if your hospital doesn’t allow ur support person to leave and come back ciz that will mean no running home to grab the stuff. 
Obviously the toiletries and stuff like that u can grab right as u walk out the door
Create a checklist on ur phone for whatever isn’t in the bag yet that you need still need.

I’m 31 weeks on Sunday, and I’m getting mine done within the next week or two. My goal is to have most everything done by the time I’m too exhausted and uncomfortable to want to do it

Started packing mine (32 weeks) I have a list made and slowly timing things off. If I go in labor early, I can just grab the bag and see what I'm missing from the list and grab that too. So far I have toiletries and babys coming home outfit, and blanket. I'll probably add more this week. Goal is to be completely packed by 34 weeks for me.

We did the car seat base and packed my bag at 32 wks.  Just don’t put the seat in because if you get in an accident you will have to replace it, put it by your bag

I’ll be 32 weeks tomorrow and I’m starting to get together all the stuff I’ll need for my hospital bag. Once the rest of the things I ordered come in the mail I’ll put my bag together fully and also some little things for baby. So I should have it packed by 34 weeks!

My goal is by 34 weeks but no later than 36 weeks. So I have 2 to 4 weeks to get it together. I have so much I still need to get/do but I’m already so uncomfortable and exhausted. 😫

I asked my OB and she said to get the car seat ready by ready 36. As for hospital bag, I didn’t know either (FTM) and have been getting things here and there for it. Just getting one last thing for it today and it’s finally done! I’m 32 weeks.
