Small red pinprick spots on skin

Years ago I had a small red spot show up on my lower knuckle of my left thumb. It never hurt or itched, wasn’t a large spot, but I don’t know why it showed up and it’s never left. Over the years I’ve found other small red spots on other parts of my body. A spot on the inside of my left ring finger. And most recently multiple spots on my stomach. None of them hurt, or itch, or have grown in size. They’re all pretty much flat with my skin, not raised up. Is this something I should be concerned about?

These are two of the newest ones I’ve seen on the right side of my stomach. There are two on the other side as well.

There doesn’t seem to be any pattern or clustering to them when they show up/where they show up at.
