I know this is TMI So i took a pregnancy test on April/10 and it came back positive and took another one on the 11 and it came positive too and on 12 I started bleeding and still am bleedingdoes this look like implantation bleeding or period? Please help

Implantation bleeding happens during implantation, which occurs at least a couple days before you would get a positive test. 
It looks like you are having a very early miscarriage (a chemical pregnancy). It’s awful and it sucks so much and I’m so sorry this is happening to you.

I had the same thing happen a week ago. The lines on the tests was not getting darker. This would have been baby number 5. I felt something was off. I started spotting and my bleeding progressed. Needless to say it was a chemical pregnancy. I’m know the feeling. So sorry this happened to you.
