OP position??

Hi ladies, I went to see my midwife yesterday and she told me that my baby is in the OP position. I’m 37 weeks today. Has anyone else been in this position and tell me what happened to you or what you did to try turn the baby?

Mines in this position too, my midwife said that she would give me some exercises that are on spinningbabies.com to try to turn her before birth

Uggggg spinning babies, girl!! You do not want to deliver an OP baby! Trust me 😂😂 Pain. Ful. 😂 we tried a lot of spinning babies techniques while I was in labor and she still came out all funky but they did help move her past my spine which helped with the back labor and eventually I was able to push her out!

I’m pretty sure my first was OP. She got stuck under my pelvic bone, maybe would have been fine if I could move around but my epidural was sooo heavy I couldn’t move my legs at allllll. She ended up needing the vacuum but was out with that in one push.
