38 weeks today cervix closed and high not even thinning yet! Im positive of when I conceived because I was using ovulation test. Baby is big according to Dr. About 8 lbs right now. Been walking, cleaning, cooking just being super active. Not even really having BH!! How do I get this labor process started? Im scheduled for a c-section on November 14th but I would like the baby to come on his own.
