Tracking ovulation without period question
I am breast feeding/supplementing and I have not gotten my period yet (4months pp). My husband and I are thinking about TTC within the next few months. I know without a period you can't really track your cycle. I am wondering if ovulation tests could help me track? Has anyone ever successfully tracked their ovulation without having their period?
