Post nasal draining bleeding tips
Hi everyone,
I woke up this morning and blew my nose and had specs of blood. I blew my nose extremely hard cause my anxiety. Few minutes later I had the taste of blood in my mouth. And I was freaking out. I spit up phlegm with blood on it. I have really bad allergies cause I’m with my boyfriend cat. Has anyone experienced this before !?!?!? That freaked me out. Is there anything I can do for allergies living with a cat.
