Regular cycles mean I'm ovulating right?

From what I have read if your cycle is normal and with 21-35 then you're ovulating. My average is 29

I had regular cycles and wasn't ovulating at all. My follicles (that hold the eggs) were just turning into small cysts each month instead of releasing, because of PCOS. Had to get vaginal ultrasounds throughout my cycle for the doctor to see that.

I was wondering the same thing. I have a period every month but I don't feel like I ovulate every month. It's a good indication that you are ovulating I'm told.
