Dog trainers? HELP

We have a 6month old and also recently got a puppy. The puppy pees everywhere and itsnot like she has to pee. shes pees when she’s excited or when there’s someone else in the house. She’s pees when We tell her no or when we walk up to her to put her leash on like she’s scared. Please someone tell us what to do. I really am thinking of getting rid of her. It’s  literally puddles of pee not just trickles

Shes a puppy. You need to work worth it. Honestly if you're thinking of rehoming her already you don't need a dog.

Puppies urinate out of fear and submission. So approach slowly. Peeing out of excitement your pup will grow out of it. He’s just a baby, he will learn to hold it more

I hate when dogs do this. 
Either it’s excitement or weak bladder. Causing it. 
I had one too do this. We had to show her more attention. Like going for walks.  More outdoor play. More one on one. She gets so excited when attention is given, exciting moments, or even scary moments. She doesn’t know how to handle her emotions so she pees. 
(Kinda embarrassing when it’s your guests shoes) 
But I think easiest remedy is  showing her more attention. 
Also it’s how you slow her attention. 
Just show her “calm attention”. Like just get on her level and just use slow soft tones. Petting her. Kinda casually show her attention.
