Possible PCOS? Did your cycles become more regular by removing sugar, improving diet and activity levels.
I’m 37, a healthy weight and I’ve never been diagnosed with PCOS however my cycles have always been 34-41 days. I have had acne most of my adult life. Aside from that I haven’t had any other PCOS symptoms, however a new GP recently said to me that she would assume it’s the cause of my irregular cycles. I’m 99% sure I ovulate each cycle (based on opk and CM). I’ve been pregnant 4 times and have just the one child.
My question is, did any of you notice that your cycles became more regular when you removed sugar from your diet and increased activity?
