TMI but I had a C section Tuesday and I’m scared to poop 😂😭

So I’m a first time mom I just had a c section on Tuesday the 14th 😭 I haven’t pooped since last Sunday 😩 I haven’t even felt the need to 💩 yet but I’m scared 😭 they gave me stool softener in the hospital but I still haven’t gone is that normal and when should I expect to be able to go??
